I look forward to working with each of your children in music class this year! Since graduating from the U of L in 1998, music has always been a part of my teaching assignments. Although I have had homeroom classes ranging from Grades K-4, music is where my heart is. I love preparing students for performances, playing instruments & teaching games that focus on musical concepts. We're going to have a lot of fun!
Family is important to me. I have 2 children and we love to snowboard in the winter and play ball in the summer. I keep myself involved in music outside of school and enjoy playing in a handbell choir. My goal this year is to learn to play the guitar. I also love reading and can often be found tucked under a pile of blankets reading a good book.
